Take photos based on creative prompts
Compete for points in real-time sessions
Play with friends or other players online

You must be at least 13 years old to use Photobomb
You must provide accurate information when creating an account
One account per user

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Harass, bully, or harm other players
Cheat, hack, or exploit the game
Use automated tools or bots
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Photos

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload
You grant us a license to use photos for gameplay purposes
Photos are visible to other players during game sessions
We may remove inappropriate content at our discretion

Content Guidelines

No nudity or sexually explicit content
No violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
No copyright infringement
No personal information of others

6. In-App Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable
Prices are subject to change
Premium features may be modified or discontinued
Refunds follow Apple App Store policies

7. Advertising

Photobomb displays third-party advertisements
We use Google AdMob for ad serving
Ads may be personalized based on your preferences
You can opt-out of personalized ads in device settings

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in prohibited conduct
Use the app fraudulently

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of game content
